REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please WhatsApp us at +91 8591172523 as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Since this is a food item, issues need to be pointed out immediately as it won't be possible to ascertain that the food item was kept in the conditions it was meant to be.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your update and let you know if and how the refund will be issued. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
